G Series Shear Wrench
G Series Shear Wrench TONE brand is a pioneer of Shear Wrench and

Shear Wrench are designed for special TC Bolts. TC
Bolts tip are sheared by the special sockets.
A cut off tip of the TC bolt means that the torque is
achieved. It helps in visual inspection of the bolts.

It is very helpful for steel structure bolting applications
where the number of bolts to be tightened are more.
Tension Control Bolt (TC Bolt) is calibrated bolt.
It knows when required tension has been reached
• A splined tip, grasped by Inner socket, and Nut
covered by Outer socket, countervailing
respectively, prevent bolt from turning
• When tip is gone, tension is correct.
