Bolts tip are sheared by the special sockets.
A cut off tip of the TC bolt means that the torque is
achieved. It helps in visual inspection of the bolts.

where the number of bolts to be tightened are more.
Tension Control Bolt (TC Bolt) is calibrated bolt.
It knows when required tension has been reached
